These Smocks are slowly being introduced as a general issue item for field

Smock has Four bulgy front pockets secured with large slotted buttons
Great Smock for easy cold weather use
Vertical chest zips give access to internal map pockets
Internal Pockets contain slots for pens
Small pocket on left sleeve for morphine syrette
Large attached hood with wire stiffed front rim
Hood has two adjustable cord-locks for tightening around the face
Cords lock together under the chin in extreme weather conditions
Tape loop at rear of collar to secure hood in rolled position when not
required
Hem of jacket can be tightened via elasticated cord locks
Made from windproof and durable polyester and cotton mix
